Sales & Service Support – Coffee Equipment

The opportunity

We have an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Sales & Service Support member to join our successful and growing team.

This full-time role is based in Belrose on Sydney's Northern Beaches with its main responsibility being the key link between our sales and technical teams. You will be adaptable across departments, deliver clear communication and a strong ability to prioritise tasks.   

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting our reseller network and roasters with order and technical enquiries
• Liaising with end users for product enquiries and troubleshooting technical issues
• Report technical information to our offshore suppliers and work towards solutions
• Outsourcing jobs to our preferred network of technical partners around the country
• Working closely with all departments across the business including an extensive spare parts department
• Representing our brands with after sales service and support on selected digital platforms

• Supporting various departments and assigning a priority level for tasks
• High attention to detail with good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• A team player, with a positive, friendly and mature outlook and a can-do attitude

Qualifications and Experience:

• Some existing understanding in electrical and mechanical fields 
• Previous experience within the coffee industry preferred but not essential
• Good understanding of Excel, Word, Outlook and MYOB (or similar) preferred
