This designer-run leader in Australian furniture is looking for a Sales and Showroom Coordinator to join their team in the Alexandria showroom.
They focus primarily on the commercial market, and work closely with some of Australia's most recognised Architects and Designers. They have a great culture and enjoy long tenure with all their team members.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to the Project Consultants and Sales Team Lead
- Generate quotes and invoices
- Update orders and responding to enquiries with commercial and retail clients
- Maintain showroom presentation
- Develop and maintain an up to date knowledge of stock and resources
- Present furniture plans and samples to clients
- Maintain and update accurate data using the CRM system
- Assist with event preparation in the showroom
- Answer incoming calls and provide customer service
- Other ad hoc studio and administration tasks
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in a similar customer service / sales role, within the A&D industry highly desired
- Proven track record in a dynamic customer service/sales role
- Administration and online systems experience
- Excellent presentation skills, phone and email manner
- Experience with managing a CRM or sales pipeline
- Down to earth, fun and ambitious with a healthy sense of humor
