About the role
- As a result of increasing business growth, we have a unique opportunity for a talented and motivated Medical DeviceSales Specialist to join our team.
- As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting healthcare professionals during surgical procedures whilst also driving business growth.
- With a deep understanding of our products and a strong focus on customer service, you will spend time in the operating theatre, collaborating and working closely with our surgeons and nurses to provide case support, technical expertise, ensuring proper usage and optimal performance of our Medical Devices during procedures.
- Deliver product presentations to healthcare professionals, demonstrating the features, benefits and clinical applications of our Medical Devices.
- You will actively seek out and identify new business opportunities, foster relationships, and recommend appropriate solutions to drive business growth.
- We offer a competitive salary and car allowance, along with the potential to earn uncapped commissions. This will suit a sales person with a hunter mentality.
What we are looking for:
- Highly motivated self-starter with a result-oriented mindset and a drive to grow business.
- Proven sales / account management experience in Medical Device sales is preferred
- Operating nurse professionals who are looking for a career in Medical Devices are stongly encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of laparoscopic general, bariatric and gynaecology surgical procedures and familiarity with Medical Devices used in the operating theatre.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and build lasting relationships.
- Willingness to spend significant time in the operating theatre, working closely with surgical teams during procedures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to quickly changing circumstances.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
