About the role
As a passionate individual, you will enjoy the opportunity to communicate with many schools across Queensland to support the deployment of devices for the purpose of excellent educational outcomes.
Responsibilities
- CRM Management: Maintain and update data in the Netsuite CRM system to ensure accuracy and reliability of customer information.
- Database Management: Organize and keep the customer databases up-to-date with essential details such as contact information and distribution of warm leads.
- Sales Support: Support sales activities by creating detailed reports and initiating contact with potential clients to arrange meetings for the Sales & Education team.
- Cross-functional Liaison: Act as the communication link between Marketing, Sales, and Education teams, as well as with external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Sales Processing: Process sales transactions and generate invoices, while also providing key metric recording to support the Education & Accounts team.
- Lead Generation: Utilize multiple CRM systems, particularly Netsuite, for lead generation and list creation activities.
- Data Analytics: Conduct data analysis using Excel and other tools to deliver comprehensive weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to management.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop reporting mechanisms to monitor and evaluate the performance of various marketing and sales activities and campaigns.
- Project Support: Offer insights and assistance in other ad hoc projects as required, contributing to the team’s success.
