About the role
 

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer – Rural Real Estate to join the team on a permanent basis. Location is flexible across South-East QLD for the right candidate.

This Sales Support Officer provides efficient and superior administrative assistance and Real EstateSales Support to the Rural sales team across Queensland. The agents are located across various branches statewide and this role helps support those rural sales specialists to achieve their sales outcomes. We are seeking a person able to adapt to different operational styles of agents and be responsive to the needs as they arise.

With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to support the rural sales agents in delivering outcomes for their clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career. 

Responsibilities

As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:

• Providing expert administrative support to the Real Estate team, allowing the agents to develop and foster professional relationships.
• Assisting in the preparation of sales listings, trust account set, documentation, contracts and providing property management assistance to ensure a smooth process for listing, selling and settling rural property sales.
• Assist maintain the CRM data base ad ensure listings are uploaded, managed and concluded efficiently for each sales campaign.
• Accurately recording funds, completing trust fund transfers and supporting the debt collection process.
• Assisting with promotional and marketing materials in collaboration with State Rural Marketing for the agents to actively promote the Elders brand, the agent profiles and the properties being marketed.
• Processing the accounts and reconciling the advertising from a client campaign.
• Some travel may be involved in this role.

About you
 

To succeed at Elders, you:

• Have a sound knowledge of, and an interest in, the Real Estate industry with an emphasis on rural property being well regarded.
• Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment. 
• Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking adaptable with change and embrace technology. Mapping skills with Qld Globe, DAS or Agtuary platforms would be well regarded.
• Have a keen eye for detail and a background in business administration.
• Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future agents.
