We are a manufacturing company located in Brendale. Currently we are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Logistic Administrator Officer for an immediate start.
The role would suit someone with an administration background in manufacturing or industrial however if you are a quick learner with an administration background, who prides themselves on delivering great customer service, send us your CV.
Key Area of Responsibilities:
Customer Services
- Day to day management of customer's sales order/accounts
- Taking and processing customer orders
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Assisting to ensure customer deliveries are completed and on time.
- Packing / Organising Freight
Procurement & Purchasing
- Liaising with suppliers and creating PO
- Tracking and following up delivery progress
- Assisting in stock management
- Accurate and prompt data entry and record management.
Reception & General Admin
- Face to walk in customers and over the phone enquiries
- Directing calls to the relevant person
- General office Administration
We have a fantastic small team environment with great hours:
- Monday to Thursday 7:30 to 4pm
- Friday 7:30 to 1:30pm
- 38 hours per week
