An exciting opportunity has become available which sees us looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales SupportAdministrator to support the sales team and facilitate the smooth execution of sales operations within the Organisation.
This is a support role that involves a combination of administrative, organizational, and customer-focused tasks to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process. We are seeking a person with excellent administration, communication and interpersonal skills to support the Sales Manager and the Sales team with administration duties.
This role will report to the Sales Manager and will be based in Rosehill, NSW.
About the Role
The successful applicant will largely be self-sufficient and motivated in supporting our sales team. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of sales and customer facing reports, collateral, presentations and supporting documents for the sales team
- Handling administrative duties for the Sales team, Sales Manager, and Head of Sales.
- Proactive identification of potential opportunities and managing a pipeline of leads
- Qualification of lead opportunities via a checking process
- Cross-selling products to existing and new customers.
- Providing informative sales presentations over the phone.
- Communicating effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer onboarding process.
- Forging and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts.
About you
- You will be an administration superstar who is highly organised and loves a spreadsheet.
- You will have some previous experience in a Sales role (industry experience an advantage);
- You will have a passion to help your team achieve success and will be able to take a hands-on approach to effectively undertake your duties and provide support;
- You will have excellent written/ verbal communication skills and negotiation skills;
- You will be able to engage with a variety of stakeholders;
- You are self-motivated, with success mindset, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- You will have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
