With continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for two full-time Sales Support Officers to join our Upper Hunter team (one at our Singleton office and one at our Scone office).

The role is responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the team so that their clients are well supported, while also ensuring reception is adequately covered.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Maintaining the integrity of data to ensure accurate reporting and policy processing.
- Providing accounts support, including cash handling and reconciliation.
- Outstanding time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and remain focused under pressure.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:
- Experience working within the insurance industry is desirable but not essential. We will show you the ropes.
- A background in customer service.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative to get the job done.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to establish and maintain lasting relationships with our clients and team.
- Tier 2 accreditation in general insurance is desirable but not essential.
- If not already held, a willingness to obtain Tier 1 & Tier 2 accreditation in Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA) Insurance at no cost to you.
