AddressWe seek a Sales Support / Sales Associate Lead Generator to compliment a team of agents working from our North Richmond office.
This role is critical in helping our agents nurture their listings from proposal right through to post settlement.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated and experienced individual seeking to work on some of the more interesting and prestigious properties the industry has to offer.
Key accountabilities will be:
- Preparing market appraisal proposals
- Building strategic and varied individual property campaigns
- Invoicing of approved ad programs
- Working with Marketing Manager to ensure marketing campaigns are carried out accurately from inception to sale
- Preparing information memorandums
- Sending out necessary legal communication when required
- Assisting agents with database entry and management to generate leads
- Electronic direct mail campaigns
- Soliciting agent reviews at conclusion of sales
- Supporting agents with client relationships
- General Administration & Ad hoc duties
Successful applicants will be required to demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience:
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Drivers Licence and reliable car
- Self motivated, well presented with pleasant phone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated organisation skills with strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- Ability to think laterally and work autonomously
- The ability to work proactively providing exceptional service to both clients and agents
- Advanced skills on Microsoft Office
- Great sense of humour and able to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to work Saturdays with a day off during the week.
Prior experience in a Real Estate Sales Support role is necessary for this position.
