As a Sales Associate focused on lead generation, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts. Working alongside our renowned team at Ray White Punchbowl you will grow into a position where you're able to gain all the real estate experience and credentials needed to then step into the role of an agent who is ready to sell, with contacts and clients at their fingertips.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining a database of high-quality leads
- Nurturing leads from initial outreach to continual follow-ups
- Collection of data through cold calling, door knocking, letterbox dropping
- Attending appointments and inspections at properties
- Booking and scheduling appraisals
Skills & Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results orientated
- Professional phone manners and customer service
- High level of personal presentation
- Ability to problem solve and use initiative
- Must have a real estate license or certificate of registration
- Vibrant nature
- Enjoys dealing with people daily and is able to be tolerant of rude people - is polite but assertive
