AddressSeeking an experienced Sales Associate to join this big branded & successful team. This fast-paced role will see you involved in all facets of the listing and selling process. With a loyal based clientele, this is a position that will require no less than 100% in everything you do.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Working along side & supporting a high performing Agent
- Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers, and solicitors
- Booking appraisals
- Assisting with auctions and sale campaigns
- Handling all potential buyer inquiries
- Email, appointment, and diary management
- Buyer callbacks following open homes
- Setting up & collecting signboards
- Attending weekly sales meetings & training
- General administration duties
- Database prospecting, cold calls, and door knocking
- 6 months + of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Switched on, driven & hungry to succeed
- Live locally on the Macarthur Area
- The desire to have a long-term career in Real Estate Sales
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
