The role:
- Provision of customer service to exisiting B2B end user clients who are customers that have bought hardware, software and services
- Prepare quotes for customers
- Process sales orders
- Liaise with suppliers, 3PL companies and customers to ensure orders are processed and shipped within agreed timeframes
- Updating catalogues with pricing and distributing to customers
- Supporting sales team, by assisting with the preparation of Tenders, Statement of Works, Sales Documents etc.
- Handling after sales enquries from customers
- Undertake education and training sessions conducted by vendors to obtain product certifications as required
- Build relationships with existing customers
To be successful in this role, you must have the following essential criteria:
- Tertiary high school education, ideally to HSC level
- At least 6 months’ work experience gained in a corporate B2B IT environment where you have supported sales teams. Duties related to the following will be considered:
- Customer service supporting end user clients
- IT Sales Support and Administration
- First class communication skills, both written and verbal
- An eye for detail
- Lots of initiative and self-motivation
- A desire to learn and grow in an IT operations & sales environment
- A confident and curious personality with no fear of asking questions
