About the Role:
This well-known organisation is seeking a skilled Records Management Specialist to embark on a transformative SharePoint Scanning and Classification project.
This part-time role is perfect for someone who wants a good balance between work and live. You'll excels with SharePoint information architectures and adept at using the OpenText Voltage Fusion tool. You will be the linchpin between the business units, helping them make informed decisions about their Records Management needs.
Key Responsibilities will Include:
- Collaborate closely with various business units to understand and address their Records Management requirements.
- Facilitate decision-making processes and provide expert advice on the deletion, categorisation, and future use of network drive contents.
- Design and build an enterprise SharePoint architecture that aligns with best practices and meets business needs.
- Operate the Voltage Fusion tool to scan network drives, classify content, and identify duplicated materials.
- Ensure content is classified and deduplicated according to agreed rules.
- Migrate content to the newly designed SharePoint architecture.
Required Skills and Experience Need for this Opportunity:
- A degree in Information or Records Management and/or a minimum of four years' experience in information governance and Records Management.
- Proven experience in administering and delivering compliant recordkeeping systems and services in line with legislative requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and building best practice SharePoint sites for similar organizations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with diverse business units.
- Experience operating the OpenText Voltage Fusion tool is highly regarded.
- Experience in a cultural institution is highly regarded.
