Sales/Customer Service Representative Application

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our ACT team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Optional add on:

        •       Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
        •       Assist with Day to day office and webshop operations - stock pick and pack, shipping and inventory management
        •       Build and maintain strong customer relationships
        •       Provide product information and assist in product selection
        •       Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner
        •       Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall company goals

Requirements:
        •       Ability to use basic computer software such as word and excel essential

        •       Drivers licence essential
        •       Proven experience in sales and customer service roles
        •       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
        •       Strong problem-solving abilities
        •       Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
        •       Industry knowledge and product expertise is a plus
