About the role
As a Salesforce CRM/Sitetracker Solution Architect on the Solution & Enterprise Architecture team, you will have the opportunity to accompany one of the most forward-thinking company's and make a meaningful impact to their industry that they service.
You will work closely with our key client to gather customer requirements and find creative design solutions to most effectively manage their business process. With a strong attention to detail and a creative mind, you will drive success by working with a strongly committed and collaborative team that is laser focused on making a difference to their organisation and the world that we live in.
Are you experienced with Salesforce CRM and Sitetracker? Sitetracker is a full-lifecycle project management platform. Experience with Sitetracker implementations end-to-end is mandatory for this position.
Responsibilities

  • Be able to create, at a high level, a solution using Sitetracker to resolve an issue.
  • Lead a small business or corporate level implementation supported by an experienced implementation lead.
  • Identify best practices, gap areas, and/or any areas of opportunity for improvement in their existing process.
  • Review large customer data sets.
  • Utilize knowledge of salesforce flows, workflow types, profiles vs. roles, report types, lookup vs. master-detail relationships.
  • Lead implementation with enterprise-level customers from kick-off to go-live.
  • Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and designing software solutions based on complex business processes and requirements.
  • Attack timelines and deliverables to ensure project goals are met.
  • Identify areas of implementation process improvements based on latest Sitetracker product features.
  • Utilize your strong understanding of database principles to create efficient solutions.
  • Organize multiple ongoing projects and able to troubleshoot issues with precise attention to detail.
  • Learn new tools and software and leverage them to develop a thoughtful, analytical insights.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
  • Lead small teams to achieve technical initiatives.
  • Perform analysis on data and build reports/dashboards based on specifications.
  • Configure/develop Salesforce in a client facing environment is preferred.
  • Manipulate and conduct data analysis on large data sets; generally through advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
Skills and experience
  • Minimum of 4-5+ years of current commercial experience in a Salesforce Solution Architect position and experienced with design, configuration, implementation, maintenance and support, particularly with CRM, sales and deployment operations applications such as Salesforce and Sitetracker.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship-building skills, and ability to achieve results without direct reporting relationships.
  • Must be experienced with Sitetracker implementations end-to-end.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing customer and operations systems and implementing systems changes or automating business processes.
  • Advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of Customer & Operations Applications architecture and design.
  • Substantial knowledge and demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of Customer & Operations Applications governance, systems and processes.
  • Strong leadership and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and troubleshooting skills, combined with being detail oriented.
  • Analytical & methodical approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to quickly identify and drive to the optimal solution considering possible constraints.
