As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in Customer Experience by designing, developing, and implementing services to create a positive experience for business stakeholders and end users. As Salesforce is the CRM used by Contact Centre Frontline staff, it is key in delivering benefits – as that directly benefits the way they service their customers. They are making enhancements to Salesforce for Enriched Call Handling and automating customer recoveries.
What You'll Do:
- Design and Develop: Leverage your expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration tools, to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions tailored to our business needs.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, brainstorm ideas, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions that exceed expectations.
- Problem-Solve and Optimize: Dive deep into complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep pace with the latest advancements in Salesforce technology and best practices, continuously refining your skills and expanding your knowledge base.
- Expertise in Salesforce Development: With at least 6 years of experience in Salesforce development, you'll need a deep understanding of Force.com, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, along with proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration.
- Certifications and Continuous Learning: Possessing Salesforce certifications, especially Platform Developer 1, demonstrates your commitment to excellence. We value continuous learning and encourage our team members to pursue additional certifications and professional development opportunities.
- Agile Mindset: Thrive in an Agile (Scrum) environment, collaborating with teammates during sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to ensure alignment with project goals and priorities.
