Reporting to the Deputy Principal Staff, you'll lead strategic and operational Human Resource processes aimed at supporting the growth of every individual. Your mission? Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Proactively support the college leadership team for people success.
- Provide accurate HR advice to managers, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
- Assist HR Administration Assistant with processes like performance reviews and teacher placements.
- Actively manage and resolve staff issues, including performance management and grievances.
- Oversee HR lifecycle processes from recruitment to exit.
- Identify and execute workforce planning needs.
- Manage talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Lead and mentor HR Administration Assistant to strengthen HR service delivery.

Key Capabilities and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of CEMEA 2022 employee and industrial relations frameworks.
- Proficiency in Human Resources management framework and contemporary HR practices.
- Ability to interpret and apply award entitlements, contractual terms, and related legislation accurately.
- Skills in grievance and issues resolution, including effective investigations management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capacity to build and maintain positive professional relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
