About the Role: As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in ensuring highly maintainable solutions to complex problems. You will collaborate with the project team, customers, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional software. Your responsibilities will include participating in technical design, adopting best practice software development practices, and contributing to our project backlog.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for Salesforce development work, ensuring maintainable solutions.
- Participate in meetings to clarify requirements and demonstrate development.
- Translate business requirements into functional software.
- Collaborate on technical design and architecture to align with our Salesforce architecture.
- Adopt best practice software development practices, ensuring documentation and quality assurance.
- Contribute to the project product backlog.
- Apply knowledge of Salesforce enhancements and new features for design and development tasks.
Experience:
- Extensive experience in Salesforce programming, including Apex classes and triggers, Aura Components/Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud products.
- Experience supporting integrations via APIs and ETL tools.
- Create and customize standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning Pages, security rules, and validation rules.
- Knowledge of declarative Salesforce development tools, including Process Builder, workflow, approval processes, and outbound messages.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve Salesforce technical problems, escalating and tracking issues appropriately.
- Understanding of coding standards, governance, deployment, and security implementations.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with a Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification.
