You will confidently customise new fields, objects, page layouts, list views and reports, and enjoy automating with Workflow and Process Builder.
  • This role will oversee the organisations Salesforce User Guide, including staff user training documents to ensure we look after our system.
  • This role will review and set User Permissions and Role Hierarchies to ensure strong data security.
  • This role will support stakeholders to identify areas for technology usage improvements and new third-party applications.
  • Some moving of essential data; data hygiene and upkeep including de-duplication will be required.
  • Educate staff users on system functionality, and the Salesforce ecosystem
About you
  • You have several years of Salesforce development experience, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, such as NPSP, Auto-Engagement, and Lightning Platform.
  • You have experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques.
  • You have a strong understanding of Salesforce security models, data modelling, and governance best practices.
  • You have experience managing projects or engaging in projects with technical and cross-functional/departmental components.
  • You have previous experience working with charities or non-profits, experience working in fundraising programs is a bonus.
  • You have exceptional analytical skills and a thorough understanding of data models and segmentation mapping.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and have great attention to detail.
  • You take ownership and initiative in everything you do, including speaking up when you believe there’s a better way.
  • You are passionate about helping charities fuel their growth.
What do we offer?
  • Enjoy NFP salary packaging benefits!
  • Be a part of a purpose driven organisation where the work you do really does have an impact on the lives of many families living in Queensland.
  • Be a part of a team environment that is centred around supporting one another, respect, collaboration and growth.
  • Foodbank is a flexible, fun and inclusive workplace with a Food Distribution Centre located in Morningside Brisbane.
