Your work will directly influence the project phase, collaborating with our implementation, business and technology teams to help design, configure, and execute Salesforce CRM, CPQ and Billing solutions that align with our business needs.When day-one delivery has come and gone, you will be the cornerstone for both users and team members, helping guide ongoing uplifts, development, adoption and driving further strategic initiatives.Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract for a parental leave cover.Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:Contribute to the design and deployment of Salesforce Sales and Revenue Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Assist with stakeholder engagement to gather requirements, translating these into actionable Salesforce configurations and customizations.Drive user adoption by using data to understand themes and trends, countering obstacles to help make the transition as smooth as possible.Provide critical support after implementation, addressing any issues and incorporating feedback into continuous system improvements.Foster a collaborative environment within the implementation team, contributing to the project's success and cohesive team dynamics.Ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes.Help guide project and development processes to ensure best practices.Support BAU operational teams through consultation and process development/refinement.What you will bring:Demonstrated success as a Salesforce Consultant, particularly with Salesforce Sales and Revenue Cloud projects.Possession of relevant Salesforce certifications, showcasing your expertise and commitment to staying at the forefront of Salesforce technology.
