Salesforce Senior Functional Consultant

Join our Private Bank experience team to better provide financial advice solutions and market leading products through the systemisation and standardisation of our processes to scale. This will enable us to realise net growth in Private Bank target customers.

What role will you play?
As a Salesforce Senior Functional Consultant, you will lead the analysis of complex business requirements and design innovative solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, configure Salesforce solutions, and provide expert guidance on best practices. Leveraging your deep expertise in Salesforce functionality, you will ensure the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions to drive business value.
Additionally, you will mentor and support junior consultants, contribute to project scoping and estimation, and stay current with Salesforce updates and industry trends.
What you offer

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security model.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
• Proven ability to gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira is a plus.
• Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant preferred.
