THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Sales / Shop assistance, you will be part of a customer focused team in a successful Australian owned business
· Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person
Logistics Coordination:
- Arrange and coordinate domestic shipping activities for incoming and outgoing products.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping solutions.
· Managing a company's social media accounts
· Ability to accurately transcribe messages and record information over the phone or in person
· Responding to questions and requests for information
· Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
· Stocking shelves with merchandise.
· Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping.
· The job includes frequent lifting/manual handling of coffee machines and coffee equipment
Availability to work throughout the week and weekends

· Having a friendly and engaging personality.
· Strong Sales capabilities
· Must have strong organizational skills
· Comfortable working with members of the public.
· Should have a confident manner.
· Must be helpful and polite.
· Assistants should be physically fit as they will be on their feet for most of the day and may be required to lift large amounts of stock.
· Should be of a smart appearance and articulate.
