Responsibilities:
- Manage online orders, ensuring accurate order entry and fulfilment.
- Invoicing and billing, including tracking payments and maintaining financial records.
- Monitor and assist in stock management, coordinating with suppliers.
- Efficiently manage the salon's appointment calendar.
- Coordinate with hairdressers and stylists for seamless scheduling.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests.
- Address customer inquiries and assist with their needs.
- Accurately handle cash transactions and process card payments.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and presentable.
- Arrange reading materials and promotional materials.
- Recommend products to clients after treatment
- Respond to client emails promptly and professionally.
- Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Assist stylists and other salon staff with their requirements.
- Prepare beverages for clients as needed.
- Promote and sell salon products to clients.
- Keep track of product inventory and report on stock levels.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, invoices, and client information.
- Record client preferences, special requests, and other relevant data.
