Receptionist

About the Role: 

As the 'face' of Gillian Adams Salon & Spa, and the first point of contact, you will have an approachable and supportive demeanour. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience from the moment they walk in the door.

Most importantly, you will have a personable and positive attitude with strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail. You embrace opportunities to learn along the way in a supportive and fast-paced team environment.

Dependent on your skills and availability, we have an opportunity for a remote reception role. You will handle client bookings and relations via email and phone whilst providing support to the day-to-day Spa, Salon and Dining operations.  

Your Qualities:

• Immaculately presented, customer focused with exceptional communication skills
• Clear and professional phone manner 
• Nurturing and supportive attitude towards our Beauty and Massage therapists, Hair stylists and Dining team
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload 
• Be approachable and diligent
• Strong team work ethic
• Eager and quick to learn

Experience:

• Previous experience in a Beauty/Hair/Spa or Wellness reception role is desirable, but not essential.
• Shortcuts software experience is desirable, but not essential.

Hours: Full time, Tuesday to Saturday: 38 hours per week.

Remuneration: ~$35 per hour, subject to change based on skill level and experience.
