Due to an increase in workload, we are currently seeking an experienced sandblaster to join our team on a fixed term, full-time contract for 6-12 months with the possibility to be extended. This position is located at our Toowoomba Workshop where all blasting and painting is completed on site.
Duties:
- Sandblast a variety of machinery and equipment
- Occasional spray-painting responsibilities
- Labouring work as required
- Maintaining a clean environment
Skills and Experience:
- Previous sandblasting experience required
- Ability to spray paint beneficial although not essential
- Current drivers’ licence and own reliable transportation
- Forklift ticket is desirable
- Strong safety awareness
- Be willing to maintain a clean environment
