Experienced Sandwich hands, Cooks & Chefs

• 5am starts mainly Mon - Fri
• Weekend work also required on occasion
• Full and Part Time positions available 
• Work with a very talented & friendly team
• Trade Certification or equivalent is not essential but a bonus
• NSW drivers license required
• We are a 12min walk from St Leonards station. Bus stop is at the top of our street on Pacific Hwy
• State of the art and dedicated kitchen facilities
• Staff meals every day

What This Role Involves:

• Preparing and presenting sandwiches, finger food, & grazing platters for our clients
• Previous experience  & good knife skills essential
• A passion for food and experience working in a busy kitchen
• Great communication skills as you are working with a team, can-do attitude
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules based on requirements.
• Have ability to assist team with deliveries
• You must have your own reliable transport, food handlers certificate and current NSW drivers license 
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a positive kitchen atmosphere.
• Police checks will be required

Flavours Catering + Events have been in operation for 20 years and are one of Sydney’s most successful family owned and operated catering businesses. 

We all work hard and really enjoy what we do - it shows in our loyal return clientele and long-term staff retention. We offer delivered catering to full-service events for both the private and corporate market

We are continuing to grow our team and are seeking several positions within our kitchen team. The roles we have available offer a rotating roster with 2 consecutive days off, with early starts for early finishes.

A day in the life may include;

• Preparation and packing of catering food including sandwiches, salads, canapes, hot meals, plated meals, sweets and more
• Dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen 
• Assisting with deliveries
