A government department require the services of a Senior SAP Development Specialist to support it with the ongoing projects, maintenance and enhancement of the SAP Platform (HEC). As an experienced SAP Developer, a successful candidate will work as part of a project team and be responsible for delivering a day-to-day and project activities and outcomes.
The technical resource will need the following attributes: –
Essential Criteria:
• Minimum 5 years SAP ABAP consulting experience
• Experience across entire SAP Platform including HR/Payroll, FI, CO, MM, PS, SRM, PI and BW modules
• Strong ABAP skills in Data Dictionary, User Exits (CMOD/SMOD/Enhancement Points), debugging, OSS Note application through SNOTE, Webdynpro, OO Coding and ALV Reporting
• Strong analytic skills to assist with the analysis and application of Support Packs (SPAU)
• Experience with the creation and maintenance of Interfaces (RFC Calls)
• Experience in the configuration and maintenance of SMARTFORM
• Experience in the creation and maintenance of SAPSCRIPT
• Experience in the configuration and maintenance of SAP Workflow
• Experience in SAP Workflow development based on BOR and ABAP Class
• Experience in Workflow troubleshooting and monitoring
• Experience in Agent Determination & Rule responsibilities in HR organization structure;
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to knowledge share with junior members of the SAP support team
• Exceptional organizational & time management skills; Provide status reports on activities and tasks
• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder coordination and interpersonal skills
• Strong demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work to meet exacting deadlines while maintaining quality
• Track record of delivering successful projects
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs
• Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines
Desirable Criteria:
• Demonstrated ability to write technical documentation; Maintain technical documentation in Solution Manager
• Expertise in system development lifecycle process
• Experience with cloud integration of SuccessFactors, Concur, FieldGlass, Hybris- Service Request is preferable
• Experience with HANA based development using HANA Studio including creating CDS view
• Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP Screen Persona configuration
• A Knowledge on ESS/MSS integration with backend SAP HR modules and JAVA WebDynpro required
• Australian Federal Government Public Sector Industry experience where client having SAP HR installed
• Previous experience working in upgrades, OS/DB migrations and HANA migration projects
