AddressSapture has a fantastic opportunity for an SAP C4C CRM Consultant to work with one of our clients on an exciting project.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business by ensuring seamless integration of SAP best practices and business requirements, supporting the project team with your SAP C4C expertise. We're looking for a talented individual with a passion for excellence and a track record of success in SAP C4C CRM implementation.
About the role
- Dive into the technical and functional aspects of solution design, collaborating with project teams to understand business requirements and design effective solutions to align with goals and objectives
- Be the driving force behind proactive identification and proposal of business process and solution enhancements, making a tangible impact on efficiency and success
- Engage in stimulating requirements analysis workshops alongside business stakeholders and vendor resources, collaborating closely to shape innovative solutions
- Ensure that delivered functionalities meet business needs through comprehensive testing of the SAP C4C CRM solution to identify and resolve issues, ensuring a stable and reliable system
- Put your problem-solving abilities to the test by validating and reviewing any custom developments needed to meet specific requirements beyond standard capabilities
- Analyse and optimise interfaces, seamlessly integrating SAP C4C CRM with surrounding systems
- Effectively manage risks and issues, proactively tackling any obstacles that could hinder project success
- A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in implementing SAP C4C CRM with completion of at least 1 full SAP C4C implementation
- Have the ability to clearly showcase your knowledge of SAP C4C CRM modules, specifically Service and Sales Cloud
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills - Be able to demonstrate collaboration with project stakeholders and vendor resources
- You will have a deep understanding of strategic business processes and have a strong focus on results to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved
- Have the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the business and foster positive relationships and effective collaboration
- Utilities industry experience would be an added bonus
