- Must have completed 2+ full life cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or Conversion as SAP EAM consultant.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in SAP EAM on consulting roles with a good understanding on EAM business processes.
- Need to be well versed with all the innovation aspects of the latest version of S/4HANA in EAM areas.
- Should have proven ability to understand and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Must have experience in conducting fit-to-standard workshop with business stakeholders, doing fit-gap analysis and produce blue print& design documents.
- Should have hands on experience in working on SAP S/4HANA and FIORI apps related to Asset Management.
- Need to be well versed with configuration of business processes in Enterprise Asset management and Plant Maintenance modules, and integration with Asset Manager and other cross-modules in SAP S/4HANA.
- Must good understanding of SAP Document Management System and integration with third party print management systems.
- Should have knowledge of different S/4HANA implementation and conversion approaches, and data migration.
- Need to have experience with SAP Activate Methodology.
- Should have strong knowledge in SAP best practices in EAM area.
- Very good communication skills.
