AddressWe are seeking a skilled Microsoft Functional Analyst with expertise in Power Platform and Dynamics to join our team on a contract for 2 years!
This role is based in Brisbane, QLD - There is work from home flex.
As a Microsoft Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing and implementing Microsoft solutions, and providing ongoing support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Work with Business Analyst to consume functional requirements and construct foundation of PowerApps or Dynamics solution.
- Design, develop and support the implementation of Microsoft solutions using Power Platform or Dynamics to meet business needs.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues related to Microsoft solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to solutions and processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful integration of Microsoft solutions with other systems.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems (or a related field), or equivalent industry experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
- Experience designing and implementing solutions using Power Platform or Dynamics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum) is required.
