About the Role:
As a SAP EWM Functional SME, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and testing technical solutions to support global processes. Reporting to the Solution Architect, you'll be at the forefront of change, bringing technical and functional expertise to drive innovation.
Your Key Responsibilities:

• Functional Mastery: Deep dive into SAP S/4 HANA capabilities, providing insights and solutions to address business challenges.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with third-party resources to ensure quality standards and governance are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
• Innovative Solutions: Drive the adoption of standard functionality to simplify processes and enhance efficiency.
• Change Management: Implement robust change control processes to ensure solution integrity and alignment with business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Assess and re-assess the solution's effectiveness, striving for simplicity and standardization.

Your Experience & Skills:

• Industry Expertise: Over 10 years of experience in functional domains.
• Transformational Leadership: Proven track record in large-scale design, implementation, and transformation projects.
• ERP Proficiency: Extensive background in ERP implementations with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, able to articulate solutions that drive business value.
• Collaborative Spirit: Highly collaborative, with the ability to work across diverse groups and cultures.
