About the Role:

We are seeking experienced SAP experts to join our Australian health department. The roles cater to a range of specialized SAP functions, including Time Card, Employee Central, EC Payroll, and the UKG Rostering App SAP Kronos, among others. This opportunity is also ideal for SAP experts from the mining sector looking to transition their skills into the Health Sector.

• Program Accountants with experience in managing large program budgets and forward plan submissions to treasury
Experts in SAP Implementation
• Workflow Designers for Business Change
• Change Managers
• Power BI Experts
• Snowflake Experts
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage SAP modules according to departmental needs.
• Work on planning and scheduling using SAP’s Planning Module.
• Ensure accurate management and implementation of EC and EC Payroll systems.
• Develop and manage workflows for business change.
• Provide technical and architectural solutions within the SAP environment.
• Manage significant program budgets and prepare financial reports for treasury submissions.
 
Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SAP Key End User in any of the specified modules.
• Master data management skills in SAP.
• Experience in handling large-scale SAP implementations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in PowerBI and Snowflake.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to adapt to remote working conditions initially, with periodic visits to Australian sites.
