AddressLooking for SAP Payroll Consultant (Functional) for full time position (permanent) role.
Salary - $150-155k+super
Candidate can work from - Melb/Sydney/Brisbane (your choice)
Experience
- Minimum of 8+ years’ experience as an SAP HCM Payroll functional consultant.
- Support in leading UAT, data migration, parallel pay run, cutover & training activities.
- In-depth functional knowledge in the following SAP ECC Modules:
- o Payroll
- o Time Management
- o Organisation Management o Personnel Administration o Payroll Management
- Employee & Manager Self Service, process integration or implementation experience is ideal.
- Health / Public Sector industry experience is desirable.
- Experience working with 3rd party tools, such as TIK, SpinifexIT and C-NET
The core objectives and responsibilities of a SAP Payroll Consultant include:
- Delivering Consulting Services to customers/business in designing, implementing and supporting SAP HCM ECC and Payroll systems and related services.
- Executing SAP HCM ECC and Payroll functional configuration, build and testing services to meet customer requirements within contract agreement obligations.
- Supporting SAP On-Prem Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (EC-ECP) and general support to customers in line with contracted SLAs.
- Liaising with customers, building strong rapport and business relationships through professional service delivery.
- Collaboratively presenting business functional requirements to address client business challenges.
- Working closely with functional/technical teams to ensure customer objectives are met.
- Developing opportunities and working with the account management team to progress any lead developments for contract renegotiations, time & materials work or project work for customers.
- Proactively proposing new services and solutions to address identified business requirements within the customer’s business environment.
