This is an opportunity to work for a boutique and specialised SAP HXM consultancy. You'll be working on a mix of BAU support services and medium to large payroll implementation projects, with the opportunity to upskill and gain certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
Duties
- Lead design discussions with customers to ensure successful delivery of complex requirements
- Communicate requirements and changes to all stakeholders
- Interpret Australian Legislative Payroll requirements and implement configuration changes
- Ensure strong quality of all Payroll deliverables
- Strong understanding of SAP Payroll and/or SAP ECP configuration (Payroll Rules & Schemas)
- Excellent understanding of Australian Legislative Payroll Requirements, including STP, terminations and superannuation
- Prior experience working within both BAU Support and Implementation Project environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Salary range $140,000 - $160,000 per annum depending on experience
