Senior Functional Consultant - Sap Payroll

This respected organization is seeking the services of a Lead SAP Payroll Functional Analyst where you'll be working on exciting Uplift projects and BAU enhancements and initiatives.
About the Role
Working with a team supporting both BAU as well as an enterprise-wide implementation of the ECC6 HR / AU Payroll suite, your role as SAP Payroll Functional Analyst will act as the Product SME for Support and Project Teams alike.
As such, you must demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

• SAP ECC6 with implementation of SAP HR modules;

• At least 5 years' configuration experience in SAP ECC6 HR / AU Payroll Functional position with a large end user site
• Excellent functional knowledge and gap analysis, understanding in detail how the business operates to ensure you can provide the best solutions possible for the business.
• Extensive knowledge and proven experience in the setting up and enhancements of payroll and Time schemas and rules
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - able to build relationships with both business and IT.
• Extensive SAP Time and Attendance and ECC6 (On Prem) Payroll Configuration expertise.
• Professional certifications a plus but not necessary
