We are looking to engage the services of an experienced SAPHR Functional Specialist to work for our federal government client. Successful candidates must be Australian citizens currently residing in Australia, with a preference for having an active AGSVA security clearance (Baseline or NV1).
These roles offer an amazing opportunity to build a real-world solution to some of the most challenging aspects of Government today.
Here are some of the duties you will perform :
- Functional support for HR and Payroll management.
- Configuration, documentation, and testing support for HR modules.
- HR reporting including the ability to develop reports using Spinifex.
- Work as part of a blended APS/Contractor environment within the department's Finance Division; and
- Work collegiately and collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders as required under the Senior Responsible Officer.
- 5+ years of practical experience in SAP HR system configuration and administration, including payroll.
- Highly developed analytical skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to draw accurate, logical conclusions
- High levels of self-motivation, energy and confidence in working autonomously within the team
