Responsibilities:

- Manage and mentor clinical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and analyse clinical data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them.
- Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes to ensure the organization's clinical goals are aligned with its overall mission and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on clinical operations.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor clinical staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards of care.
