We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Business Analyst for an initial 6-month contract with a high-profile client in Melbourne. This role will involve working on various SAP Payroll projects, with long-term extension opportunities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analysing, documenting, and optimizing business processes and functional specifications to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for SAP Payroll
- Develop comprehensive business process documentation and functional specifications
- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of SAP Payroll solutions
- Analyse and optimize current business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide ongoing support and expertise throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure clear and effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within SAP Payroll projects
- Strong documentation skills, with a focus on business process and functional specifications
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
