We are a successful boutique management consultancy specialising in executive advisory services relating to SAP S/4HANA project transformation. Focused on the SAP advisory domain, we hold an established client network of many of Australia's largest companies and government institutions. Established in 2017, Libertas has experienced substantial financial growth and the security that comes with it. Agile and lean in structure, we are not constrained by the corporate red tape of larger firms. We are based at ANZAC Square, 232A Adelaide Street, Brisbane, though our clients are across the ANZ region.

Let's talk about your qualifications and experience

We are seeking a motivated, intelligent, university-educated candidate focused on process definition, modelling and optimisation. Your degree is not as important as how well you perform, as we seek the best of the best. Ideally, you will have worked with market leading process modelling tools such as SAP Signavio, in a related role for more than 3 years. We seek experienced Process Modellers who understand large IT transformation programmes, enabling our customers to achieve the best possible outcomes. Personal skills and interactions are important, as the role will entail team and client interaction. Good documentation, communication, presentation skills, and attention to detail are a must.

Process modelling experience is mandatory. SAP Signavio delivery experience is preferred, but not mandatory. A sound knowledge of ERP project business design concepts is required.

Let's talk about the role and responsibilities

First and foremost, this is a delivery-focused SAP project modelling role. You will work in a small team of like-minded process experts and business analysts, adding real value, where your voice will be heard.

Activities will include, but not limited to:

1. Process modelling activities utilising the Signavio suite of products
2. Business process design within project scheduled workshops
3. Stakeholder management and education in the process models
4. Client communications 

You will receive the full support and mentoring of the team in all aspects of the role. Training and skills updates are key to maintaining an experienced, senior team.

You will be based in our Brisbane office and expected to be 'onsite' at the office or client site at least three days per week. In parallel with flexible working arrangements, we believe face-to-face interaction is important for successful delivery outcomes, staff development, and career progression.

Our Managing Director and Consulting Director each have more than 30 years of experience in the industry, having commenced at Accenture together in the early nineties.
