The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant is to work on exciting Federal Government & Defence, Police, Health & Transport Projects working in parallel with IT Transformation and modernisation programmes.
Experience Required:
- Ability to support large-scale SAP SuccessFactors installations with complex interfaces to external and cloud interfaces
- Consulting & communication skills with the ability to lead workshops
- Previous experience across a range of modules. Particular focus on SuccessFactors Employee Central would be a distinct advantage
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in SF work process and innovative approaches
- Conduct relevant SAP SF research, data analysis, and create reports
- Ability to work remotely across multiple clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders
