We are currently seeking an experienced Senior SAP HR Payroll with Australian Payroll/ International payroll experience. in Melbourne.
Mode of employment: Full time/ Contract
Location: Melbourne
Roles & Responsibilities
- Knowledge of Australia Payroll/International Payroll
- Experience in Time Management Module both positive and Negative time
- Knowledge of OM and PA Modules
- Excellent communication Skills
- Customer facing experience needed.
SAP HR Payroll :
Lead the AMS delivery for SAP HR Payroll solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Configure and customize SAP Payroll modules to meet specific organizational needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP HR Payroll with other relevant modules.
Payroll Processing:
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with Australian tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute test plans for SAP HR Payroll implementations and upgrades.
Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve system defects.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of payroll data through quality assurance processes.
Training and Support:
Provide training to end-users on SAP HR Payroll functionality and processes.
Offer ongoing support to users, addressing and resolving payroll-related inquiries and issues.
Collaborate with the HR team to enhance user understanding and proficiency.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP HR Payroll configurations and processes.
Keep documentation up-to-date with system changes and updates.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the SAP HR Payroll system.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in SAP HR
