Simply Wood Pty Ltd (Northern Rivers Recycled Timber) is a leading manufacturer and supplier of architectural construction products, made from recycled timber in Australia. All of our products are handcrafted at our Leeville mill (15km south of Casino NSW) and shipped Australia Wide. We are seeking motivated people to join our team. You must be able work autonomously as well as part of a team. These roles involve forklift operations, repetitive heavy lifting, processing recycled timber, stacking timber and cleaning duties. There is the opportunity to progress into our Manufacturing sections for the right candidate.
Previous experience working with timber or in a sawmill environment preferred
Previous experience on a 2 man semi-automatic saw bench (including tailor-out role) highly regarded.
Duties may include:
- Forklift Operations (must be licenced & experienced)
- Processing recycled timber
- Docking, stacking and timber sorting
- General Sawmill Duties
- Repetitive Heavy lifting
Hours are 7am-4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am-1.30pm Friday.
