Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works.
We are currently seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor for Power Station shutdown works based on site near Morwell, VIC.
The role of Supervisor will see you working across an upcoming shutdown project where you will carry out a wide range of tasks. These will include but not be limited to; planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements through to ensuring that the quality, production and environmental requirements of the project are met.

What you will bring
- Minimum 3 years' Supervisory experience
- Must hold High Risk Licence - Intermediate or Advanced Scaffold
- Working at Heights Ticket (preferred)
- Maintenance and / or shut down, oil & gas, power station experience preferred
- Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record in effective health and safety management on site
- A commitment to ensuring a safe working environment
