Implement KPI???s and key measures, for maximizing LOD and COTutilisation.LOD???s and Drivers ? Effectively deal with drivers and escalate performance issues relevant tothe call center? Ensure Truck transfers are effective and justified? Give feedback to drivers and LOD???s as appropriatePlant Staff ? Good working relationship with plant based employees? Responsibility to ensure plants are fleeted correctly? Plant opening and closing times optimised in conjunction with the AreaOperations Managers.Customer Service? Effectively deal with plant???s and customer???s enquiries for allocationcomplaints.? Assist Customer Service Operators in responding to customer enquiries? Handle customer queries as appropriate? Manage truck utilisation in conjunction with batch plants and AreaOperations Managers to maintain optimum service level possible tocustomers.Leadership? Use a hands on approach and be directly involved in the operation anddisplay effective leadership behaviours to ensure a highly motivated andeffective team.?
