Duties and responsibilities include:

• Manage your own portfolio - Lead from the front
• Working closely with the Senior Office Principal to ensure targets are met as well as strategic growth opportunities are set for FY ahead
• Achieve organic growth as an office
• Negotiations and Management of key accounts
• Montor junior team members OR lead a team (Dependant on experience and personal goals)
• Ensure company standards are met in terms of client retention and high attention to customer service

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven track record of Insurance Broking and Accounts Management
• Prior experience in personnel management will be HIGHLY regarded
• Knowledge of rural and general policies - Construction, Farm, Engineering, Property etc
• You MUST be ANZIIF Tier 1 accredited
• Effective all round communication and negotiation skills
• Passionate about insurance with a strong network
• Being a close knit team, you must be willing work collaboratively to achieve success
• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
