- Proven track record of Insurance Broking and Accounts Management
- Prior experience in personnel management will be HIGHLY regarded
- Knowledge of rural and general policies - Construction, Farm, Engineering, Property etc
- You MUST be ANZIIF Tier 1 accredited
- Effective all round communication and negotiation skills
- Passionate about insurance with a strong network
- Being a close knit team, you must be willing work collaboratively to achieve success
