We are recruiting for a permanent fulltime Scheduling Assistant to join our Supply Chain team based at our Head Office in Northgate, Brisbane.
Reporting to the Scheduling Supervisor, the primary function of this role is to assist in checking and moving samples and batch books between production and our Quality Assurance & Quality Control departments. This role is a Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm appointment.
Key Responsibilities;
- Batch book auditing – checking for overwrites, calculation integrity, missing data, data accuracy
- Expiry dates check and population into our ERP D365
- Timely sample deliveries to labs and compliance
- Manage new batch book distribution and tracking
- Other tasks as required by Scheduling Supervisor
To be successful in this role you must have…
- Solid IT, data manipulation and excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and contribute to a busy team
