About the role
Mercy Community Services are on the lookout for an Administration Assistant/Scheduler on a Full-time permanent basis. Your role will be based in Rockhampton and an excited growing team helping our community.
Your role involves but not limited to:
- Develop and maintain roster process
- Allocate appropriate staff with appropriate skills, knowledge and interpersonal style to clients
- Arrange replacement staff to cover planned and unplanned absences, manage shift changes, absenteeism and non-compliance
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive record management, including timesheet and staff leave management
About you
- Certificate III or higher in Business Administration (desirable)
- Previous experience creating and maintaining rosters, preferably in human services environment.
- Good understanding of the application of industrial legislation and guidelines relating to shift work.
- Ability to participate in rostered after hours on-call support as needed.
- Queensland Provisional Green or above Driver’s License.
