About you:
- Experience in liaising with trades and company operations
- Experience in Microsoft office especially excel.
- Experience in smart sheet scheduling software preferred but not essential.
- Driver’s license
Responsibilities include:
- Communicate changes to projects with customers and project consultants.
- Review schedules for approved projects.
- Review project plans against previous projects and historical lead times to ensure plans are achievable.
- Load project schedules into resource management software and allocate resources.
- Weekly meetings with Project Consultants and State Operations Manager to review and update progress against schedule.
- Review resource allocations and report over and under allocations to the State Operations Manager to ensure that corrective action can be taken when mismatches are identified.
- Monitor project costs and compare with project progress to assist State Operations Manager with early identification of project cost overruns.
- Carry out administrative duties to support the ongoing training and development of operations teams
