Full Time Scheduling Assistant role starting immediately in Pymble Office Your new company A highly esteemed company based in Pymble that supplies and installs ventilation systems. Within walking distance of the Pymble train station, this organisation is in a great location for a candidate seeking a new role within the scheduling team.Your new role Your main responsibilities will be to schedule jobs for the technicians, organise and order the parts for each job and ensure servicing appointments are scheduled ahead of time. You will also be responsible for invoicing and setting up PO numbers for each job.What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will need to be proficient in Xero as well as having prior HVAC experience. You must be a proactive and organised individual that can think ahead to solve problems swiftly.What you'll get in return This role is available immediately and will be available on a temporary or permanent basis.
