The Traineeship
Certificate III in Conservation & Land Management (AHC31421)
Statewide Apprenticeships are seeking a trainee to join our team working throughout the City of Victor Harbor Council. School-Based permanent part-time working 1 day a week over 2 years. To be eligible, you must currently be enrolled in school as a year 10 student for 2024.
Duties may include –
- Using mowers, snippers, chainsaws, and Chippers
- Installing garden beds
- General gardening and maintaining parks and gardens
- General physical labour
About you –
- Have a genuine passion for Horticulture
- Be committed to undertaking a 24-month traineeship.
- Must be willing to undertake hearing and drug and alcohol testing.
- Be physically fit
- Be willing to obtain a traffic management course before or during at your own expense
